Choir retreat was yesterday and today, and, as I said on facebook, singing is the greatest thing in the world. I can't express how much I'm in love with it. I'm frustrated I waited this long to start doing choir again. I did all throughout elementary school, and in seventh grade. Then I took a break from 8th-10th grade, and I regret it. But, I'm in it now, and I'm in love. Very few things in life help me feel the spirit as much as singing and music. I can tell that these next two years will be the greatest. Thank you all of those who are in it, and make it amazing. And thank you, Frisby, for being an awesome instructor so far.

First Day on the Job
I walked in to Pizza Pie Cafe, it didn't seem too bad. Fortunately for me, my friend, who already works there, was assigned to help me and show me the ropes to dishwashing. It wasn't too bad. But after six hours of standing in my own little station with not many to talk to wasn't the best. My legs hurt from standing, and my hands from being burned by hot plates. It was a weekend night, when it was the busiest, and there weren't two dishwasher's scheduled, it was just me. So I got to know the worst of it, which is good, because I got through that, so everything else will be easier. It wasn't too bad, but I thought it wasn't ever going to end. I decided that my "Hell" would be me doing dishes for an eternity, with my legs soar from standing for an infinite amount of time. And the Devil would be pouring in even more dishes while I was crying and begging for forgiveness.
I was one of the last people to leave, which I hate, but that's because I finish the dishes fifteen minutes after everyone else is gone, and then I have to clean my station. I clocked out at 12:20, got home around 12:45.
It wasn't extrememly bad, even though I point out all of the negative things, but it's not way difficult. And a job's a job, I need to do whatever I can to be bringing in the dough. It's fun though, and I get free food.

I Slept at the Dentist's Office
So I had to go back to the dentist's office, because I haven't been taking the best care of my teeth. Learn from my mistakes people.
This one though, and I'm happy to say, wasn't near as weird. The hygenist who cleaned my teeth last time wasn't working on me this time, so I didn't have to go through listening to her comment on my life and how beautiful my jaw line is. But, it was a different experience than my normal day life all the same.
As I walked in, one of the dentists who was going to work on me called me in. "Come in big guy." She said. Instantly I thought she was talking to someone else, I'm not too big, but she was looking at me so I thought this was her way of making me comfortable. But I was still bewildered. She asked me "How are you doing today?"
"Good," I replied.
"What've you done today?"
"Nothing." I didn't want to go into a deep conversation about my life, past, present, and future.
I entered the room, and sat in the chair, she leaned me back and told me what was going to happen. I find it very unusual that they number teeth. She told me something about putting fillings in teeth 2, 15, and 18, (I have no clue which, I'm just guessing). I instantly forgot which teeth she mentioned and wondered why she was telling me this in the first place. Does anyone remember which teeth match which numbers?
The other dentist, the main dude, Leishman I think is his name, walked in and told me they were going to numb my mouth. In three different parts of my mouth, where the teeth were located. Question, do they actually stick a needle in through your mouth? I couldn't see what was happening (it was all in my mouth) so I couldn't tell, but that's what it felt like. A fat needle poking through my cheek, injecting a strange fluid to calm my nerves.
The dentist asked me if I wanted laughing gas. I instantly replied "Yes." I love that stuff.
After they injected me with the numbing stuff (what's that called?), they both left for a few minutes to give me some time to numb. They said five minutes, but I had no clue if they were gone that long because I fell asleep. At the dentist's office. Never done that before. I started dreaming. In my dream, which was only a few seconds long, a friend of mine, Bella, came up to me and asked "Are you General Kay?" In my dream I was confused, but I quickly woke up and the female dentist who called me "big guy" asked me "Are you ok?" I'm guessing that somehow translated to 'General Kay' in my dream. I nodded to signal I was doing fine. At least, I think I nodded. I was extremely tired, half my head was numb, and I had laughing gas flowing through my brain, so I had no idea if I nodded slightly, vigorously, or not at all.
The dentist left to get some supplies, and I checked my bottom lip to see how it was doing.
Oh. My. Gosh.
My lip was twice as big as the other one. And the dentist didn't tell me. Did I have an allergic reaction? What was wrong. If something did go wrong, and I wasn't told, I was ready to sue. But then I kept feeling my mouth, and realized that my lip was just numb, and it was weird to only feel my lip through my fingertips. I realized that I was just being stupid.
I wasn't paying much attention when the dentist's were working on my teeth, but every once in a while the girl would ask Leishman "Is this a good amount?" And he would reply "Yeah, that should be good." Should. Another time the woman would ask "Should I use this one?" And Leishman would answer with "Yeah, that might do it." Might. I was getting nervous, I didn't want my dentists to just guess on what to do, or be unsure. But I made it alive, so they did their job well.
When we were finished, Leishman said that they were going to put let me breathe oxygen through the thing which was giving me laughing gas. I was concerned by this, isn't there in the oxygen in the room? I started feeling frightened. My mom later told me that it was more purified, but this didn't help me feel any more relaxed. Anyway, Leishman said he was going to give me oxygen to help me go back to normal, because laughing gas doesn't make you feel normal. He then apologized for taking away the laughing gas. He read my mind, I started liking this guy.
During the car ride home, I took the tool that measures the air pressure in the tire up to my lip, which was still extremely numb, and discovered that I couldn't feel it at all. There was no difference in putting it on my lip, and taking it off. I started laughing, it pleased me... :D
Anyway, I'm fine now, I don't sound odd when I talk. I know I may have reacted in strange ways at some of the things that went on, but remember, I hate going there. And I have many suspicions about them even being human.
But that's it. No crazy stalker woman this time.

PPC
As apart of the application form for Pizza Pie Cafe, I had to write a poem about myself. I know it's not too focused about me, and more about pizza, but oh well. I just hope it's good enough, it's definitely not professional, but I didn't try to make it symbolic or anything.
My love for pizza is tremendously great.
I fell in love with every piece I ate.
No one's love can compare to mine.
I drool when I slide a piece onto my plate.
The taste of pizza will cause the blind to see,
The deaf to hear, and the mute to speak.
I wish to share this joy with the world.
And that is why you must hire me.

Words...Good Words
There are many great words in the English dictionary. i.e. God, remember, spirit, gospel, friendship, faith, hope, charity, etc, etc. Those are at the top of my list of favorite words. But at this very moment, I have picked five that mean so much to me: Love, Heart, Soul, Being, and Works. All of them, together, well, I'm not going to explain on here. So ask me if you want to know.
There are now six words. The sixth one is Thought.
